All orders are processed and shipped via USPS mail within 2-3 business days. We also ship on Saturdays. Order arrivals vary depending on the location of the order being shipped to and its shipping method. Arrival days are estimates and exclude all major US recognized holidays, Sundays, and postal delays.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to expedite your order.

We package your jewels on cards or display tags and place them into jewelry pouches. Your order is then placed into a designed Harper & Teal shipping box and carefully wrapped and sealed with our teal foil sticker.
If you are purchasing items as a gift, we will happily send a gift note. After reviewing your cart, please include your special note in the "Special Instructions" section before submitting your order. A receipt or packaging slip will not be included in gift orders.
If your tracking number states that your order has arrived, but you have not received your order, we ask that you please do the following:
Allow an extra 1-2 days for orders to arrive. Sometimes orders are on their way when they are marked as delivered.
Please verify that the shipping information is correct from your order
Ask neighbors or apartment management about your package
Contact your local USPS with tracking number

If you're giving the gift of Harper & Teal this season, please place your order by the specified dates below to get delivery before Christmas. We're honestly sorry if your order had arrived damaged as this breaks our heart. We inspect each item before they are packaged pretty and shipped, and sometimes things can get a little rough through the mail on the way to you.
Please contact us immediately at email@example.com once you notice your order is damaged. Please provide your order number and a detailed picture of the damaged item. We will assess the item(s) and stay in constant communication with you to see how you can get your perfect order re-shipped.
