Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 that are shipped within the United States. 

*To qualify for free shipping, your order must be $49USD or more after discounts and promotions are applied. 

  • Georgia residents are subject to sales tax included at checkout. 
  • It will be at the expense of the customer if selecting an alternate shipping method to expedite an order 
  • Orders over $100 and selected with free shipping within the US are insured at no expense to the customer

International Shipping $15.00 US and could vary based on destination. Estimated time of arrival 6-14 business days.

All orders are shipped via USPS. 

We ship via USPS. Due to COVID-19, package delivery times may be extended.  

All orders are processed and shipped via USPS within 2-3 business days, including Saturdays. Order arrivals vary depending on the location of the order being shipped to and its shipping method. Arrival days are estimates and exclude all major US recognized holidays, Sundays, and postal delays. 

Estimated Times of Arrival:

United States: 2-4 business days, including Saturdays (if serviced in your area) 

Hawaii + Alaska: Arrivals times vary based on major shipping hubs for your area between 4-6 business days 

International: 6-14 days 

  • Once an order has shipped, we are unable to expedite or make changes to your order 
  • Please give detailed instructions on how you would like your order to be received if not at your places of residence of if a gift purchase 
  • Holidays falling on weekdays are not considered business days

We track all orders once they have left our postal area. If we notice a delay in arrival, we will send a courtesy email that we are aware of the delay. 

United States: Duties are included with free shipping at check . If you opt for free shipping, all fees will be paid by Harper & Teal. Residents of Georgia are subject to taxes at checkout based on the city the order will be shipped to. 

Canada: Duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout by Canadian customers. There are no additional charges upon delivery. 

International: There may be taxes and duties incurred on your shipment that the customer will be responsible for. All associated fees vary by country and Harper & Teal is not liable for any duties and taxes incurred upon delivery. 

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email or text message containing a detailed link to track your package.

We wrap and specially package all items and place your order into thoughtfully designed Harper & Teal corrugated boxes to ensure your package arrives quickly without damages from shipping.  

All orders arrive based on the information provided at checkout and are detailed on the shipping label for the postal carrier. 

If you package has not arrived and tracking states delivered please do the following 

  • Allow 1-2 business days for your package to arrive. Packages that are marked as delivered are usually sent back to the post office and delivered the next business day. 
  • Verify the shipping address is corret from your purchase at checkout 
  • Ask neighbors or apartment management if they have accepted your package 
  • Look for an "Attempted Delivery" noticed slip

Returns, Cancelations + Updates

While we hope you enjoy your new purchase, if you need to return your item(s) for a refund or store credit, we ask that you do so within 30 days of the ship date. 

All refunds outside of the 30 days are processed for store credit only

We ask the item(s) you wish to return must: 

  • Be unworn, in new, and original condition 
  • Have all original tags 
  • Be accompanied by original packaging slip 
  • Have all original tags on clothing items; not worn or washed

All shipping cost and fees associated with returning your package will be at the responsibility of the customer. Once shipping cost and fees are satisfied, a return label will be sent to you via email.

All US returns must be sent via USPS. Canada and International returns are to be sent via UPS or FedEx. 

Once the returned item(s) are received, a refund or store credit will be issued to you within 2-5 business days. If your order was purchased with a gift card, your refund will be credited back to your gift card. 


We promptly process all orders once we have a confirmation request. If you wish to cancel your order, we ask that you immediately send an email to with the subject line "Cancel Request" with the order number(s). You will receive an updated email for your canceled order(s). 

A refund will be issued to you within 2-3 business days. 

If you need to add item(s) to your order, we ask that you immediately send an email to with the subject line "UPDATE ORDER" with the order number and the name of the items(s) you would like to add. You will receive an updated invoice via email before your entire order can be processed. If your invoice is not satisfied with 24 hours, we will process the original request of your order. If you have not received an invoice, please contact us promptly.  

Orders that are shipped cannot be canceled or updated.

Sundays we are closed, however, all orders made on Sunday will be processed the next business day.

All orders are processed once we have confirmation. If you have forgotten to use your promo code, please contact us immediately at We will satisfy a "one-time" adjustment for your order(s). 

A refund from the promo code adjustment will be issued within 2-3 business days. 

During your Birthday month, we want to celebrate you.

  • You will receive a unique discount code to the email address provided from your account
  • The Birthday Discount offer is 25% off $30 or more. This discount may only be applied for one-time use during the month of your birthday
  • The Birthday Discount may not be applied to previous purchases or combined with other offers
  • All Sales Are Final. Items purchased with a birthday discount code are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Purchase of gifts for others or gift cards are not eligible for the birthday discount
  • Offer can be redeemed one time DURING the month of your birthday, before or on the expiration date shown in your email

Prices are subject to change without notice at anytime. We will accommodate a one-time price adjustment to items placed on sale up to 10 days after the original purchase date.  

This adjustment only applies to regular priced items not used with a discount or promotion code in your order. 

Please contact if your price adjustment meets the criteria.  

We inspect each item before they are carefully packaged pretty and shipped. It breaks our hearts if your items are received damaged, sometimes shipment can be rough through the mail. 

Please contact us promptly at once you discover your items are damaged. We ask that you provide your order number and detailed photos of the damages. 

We will assess the item(s) and stay in constant communication with you to resolve this matter.
